Request for donations for church building

Greetings in the wonderful name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Currently, as you may or may not know, we have been renting a space for our tabernacle at 7650 Kimbel Street, Mississauga and have now made a decision to secure a place of worship by purchasing an already developed property also situated in the Mississauga area.

The property we have recently become interested in is worth $ 1,150,000 CDN. In order to purchase this property we are at this time requesting donations to complement our own efforts towards this project.

Below is a picture of the building we intend to purchase.

Due to our excellent lease payment record for the past 8 years, we have gained confidence in the banks. TD bank is willing to support the church’s effort in securing its own place of worship at a low interest rate of 3.6% up to an amount of $800,000. However, TD requires a down payment of 35% of a million dollars, about $ 350,000 to finance this effort.

We would like to request your help, with a donation of funds towards our down payment of $ 350,000 for the purchase of an already developed property worth $ 1,150,000.  Tax receipts will be provided for all donations.

Your assistance in helping us in our efforts to raise the down payment of $350,000 by December 31, 2011 will be greatly appreciated.
